United Airlines is the official carrier for the AAOMS 90th Annual Meeting and offering special meeting discounts for attendees and guests. Simply call the Special Meeting Desk at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 552KR to receive a 2%–15% discount off applicable fares, including First Class. The Meeting Desk is available Monday–Friday 8 AM–10 PM EST and Saturday and Sunday 8 AM–8 PM EST.

If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount. Taxi Service

Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim area of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Expect an approximate one-way fare of $35–$40 between the airport and AAOMS host hotels.

Shuttle Van/Bus Service

Shuttle Service is available between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and AAOMS host hotels via Gray Line of Seattle. Payment and pick up location is baggage claim. Cost is approximately $11 one way and $18 round trip. Service operates from 5:30 AM–11:00 PM. Reservations are not accepted.
