Please utilize the password that was provided to you with your registration materials to access handouts for the 2009 AAOMS Annual Meeting. Please note if you have registered for the Anesthesia Update for the OMS, you will have a separate password to access the handouts. If you have questions about the password, please contact AAOMS at 800-822-6637.
All handouts are formatted as PDF files. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view PDF files. Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader prior to downloading any handouts at http://get.adobe.com/reader.
Zip Files: Please note that some sessions have multiple PDFs that have been zipped for easier downloading. It may take a few minutes to access and download a zip file, so please be patient. If you do not have the software to open a zip file, a message will appear on the monitor screen. You should not have to purchase a product to open; always click the "free option" to open.
If you do not have the latest version of Adobe Reader, you may receive error messages below. Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader prior to downloading any handouts at http://get.adobe.com/reader.
Sessions with no handout currently available will be marked with "Handouts Not Currently Available." You are encouraged to please check back as handouts are uploaded weekly prior to, on-site and 90 days after the meeting.
It is not uncommon for speakers to edit their presentation after it has been uploaded on the AAOMS Web site. It may be best to download your handouts just prior to leaving for the meeting in Toronto. If you download your handouts early, please check the AAOMS Web site prior to leaving for Toronto to make sure you have downloaded the most current handout.
On-site printing stations will be very limited and attendees are encouraged to download and save handouts prior to arriving in Toronto. In order to avoid long lines at the printers and to join AAOMS in efforts to make the Annual Meeting "Green", AAOMS strongly encourages attendees to download and save handouts to their laptop or PDA instead of printing.
All other questions can be directed to AAOMS at 800-822-6637.
