Synopsis
The participants of this workshop will be taught how to develop an Implant Coordinator Program in the specialty office. Through practice evaluation, risk management and education, this person will have the tools to effectively communicate with all internal and external team members to tie together the multi-disciplines. A career for the right person dedicated and committed to raising dental awareness and inspiring team excellence.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
- Empower an implant coordinator to be involved in practice growth, increasing case acceptance and educating patients;
- Set the ground work for elevating the level of dental IQ, starting in your office and expanding to the entire dental community;
- Develop an implant/treatment coordinator who can educate, motivate and address the concerns of patients considering treatments plans which have been developed in their best interests;
- Raise the level of customer service and ultimately heighten the experience your patients receive at your practice;
- Create an environment where patients feel your team is educated, caring and compassionate;
- Ultimately establish your practice as the elite practice whose services are aggressively sought after.
