This presentation will feature the speaker's 20 year experience with a comprehensive interdisciplinary study club as a primary referral base development tools of the OMS. It will highlight the foundational elements of interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment planning that can serve to bond the OMS with his/her restorative dentists, including laboratory technicians and other dental specialists. Also included will be detailed discussion of the use of high technology and staff development for practice growth. Both internal and external marketing protocols will be covered. Topics include: the strategic use of cone-beam and 3D software technology, state-of-the-art hard and soft tissue grafting protocols, use of bioactive modifiers and Piezo-surgery technology, and use of the internet for interoffice communications. Last, but not least, the high touch or human element of interpersonal communications will be covered in detail.
