Synopsis

Contemporary practice management software provides numerous reports typically based upon a varying selection of criteria. Many of these reports provide only a "snapshot in time" and can be confusing. This presentation demonstrates how to use the management reports by analyzing their inherent ambiguity and translate them into meaningful performance related reporting.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Improve the surgeon's and practice manager's comprehension of the typical reports generated by contemporary practice management software;
  2. Create the proper management reports that demonstrate to management and staff the need to improve in the designated areas; and
  3. Improve practice performance as related to the business and financial aspects of the practice.
