Synopsis

This course will recommend a practice vital signs report that will provide the doctor(s) with a simple and easy way to assess practice performance. This data will provide objective measurement to indicate the health of the practice in 10 specific performance areas. This data will be important indicators of practice health and identify areas for improvement.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Discuss how to evaluate your practice by measuring specific criteria: office production, collection, A/R, new patients, number one referral, etc.; and
  2. Create a practice vital signs report to easily assess practice performance.
