Synopsis

Crisis in the OMS practice can wear many faces: the break-up of a partnership, the loss of a loved one or a natural disaster. Just reading the newspaper confirms that it is not a matter of IF a crisis will occur but rather WHEN! Regardless of what we hear about not bringing our personal life into the office, it's clear that what happens to us as individuals significantly impacts our capability to care for patients and effectively lead our staff. The T.O.R.C.H.E.S. methodology is an intentional approach to crisis management that will provide attendees with a new confidence in their own capabilities, insight into office dynamics and the impact of personality styles in leading others. Doctors, staff and patients are all beneficiaries of this innovative approach for dealing with any crisis, any time.
