Synopsis

Practices will participate in a pre-meeting survey regarding staffing, financial information, marketing and other aspects of an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. The survey will be collated and the participants of the survey as well as others participating in the presentation will be able to compare and contract their practice to the survey results.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Comprehend how and why to compare and contrast industry standards to their practice;
  2. Identify and establish reasons for specific differences between their individual results and the group survey results; and
  3. Address beneficial changes in the operation of their practices which are foundational to the patient-OMS relationship, practice operations and the professional relationships with the referring dentists.
