Synopsis
OMS Practices are complex organizations dealing with practice values, retirement plans, several types of business and personal related insurances as well as real estate. The presenters will discuss several "real life" examples of poor financial planning, how they have affected several OMS practices and how to avoid these situations.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
- Distinguish possible financial problems that could affect either/both their practice and personal life;
- Increase the OMS practice awareness of financial problems that can occur related to their practice and personal lives; and
- Provide a comprehensive review of the financial aspects of a practice and their interrelated issues and have dialog with the participants to share their related experiences.
