Synopsis

The presenters have isolated the top practice questions and issues experienced most often in oral and maxillofacial surgery practice management. The roundtable discussion will include the most common practice questions. Participants will have open dialog regarding their success and failures as related to these common practice questions.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Comprehend different types of management styles regarding typical problems found in the oral and maxillofacial surgery practice; and
  2. Distinguish when a change in management style is necessary.
