Allied Event Space Request

Deadline for space request is June 15, 2009
Due to limited space, AAOMS cannot guarantee availability
Space will be assigned at The Fairmont Royal York and in order of receipt of the request form
Once space is assigned you will be sent the hotel room name and hotel contact information. You will work directly with the hotel regarding all arrangements. Space is complimentary at The Fairmont Royal York
Organizations may contract and coordinate events at off-site locations during the days and times specified below. Notify AAOMS if you would like your offsite event listed in the final program.

Functions may be held during the following times:
Monday, October 12 after 5:30 pm
Tuesday, October 13 after 5:30 pm
Wednesday, October 14 after 9:00 pm
Thursday, October 15 after 5:30 pm
Saturday, October 18 after 4:00 pm
