Synopsis

Cement-retained provisional restorations in the maxillary esthetic zone can lead to significant hard and soft tissue defect if excess cement is not cleaned out properly. Learn how to fabricate a chair-side screw-retained provisional crowns to increase case acceptance and to manage peri-implant soft tissue esthetics.
