Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
- Evaluate the esthetic value and benefit of anterior platysmaplasty as a routine component of every facial rejuvenative procedure;
- Describe a step by step approach in diagnosis, treatment plan, and surgical execution of an anterior neck rejuvenation procedure; and
- Identify specific techniques employed in the rejuvenation of the neck (platysmaplasty) in order to augment other surgical procedures such as orthognathic surgery routinely performed by an OMS.
