Synopsis

This presentation provides a thorough approach for rejuvenating the upper face. Comprehensive pre-operative cosmetic evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation is emphasized. Surgical and non-surgical techniques will be reviewed didactically and during case presentations. Special attention will be given to surgical anatomy and the avoidance, identification, and management of complications.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify and describe the key features of the aging face and neck;
  2. Describe the risks, benefits, and alternatives to browlifting and upper eyelid blepharoplasty; and
  3. Describe in step-by-step detail the techniques of browlifting and upper eyelid blepharoplasty.
