Synopsis

This Symposium is to show the role of the advancement in imaging technology's effect on how we do oral and maxillofacial surgery. Different imaging techniques will be used to illustrate the variety of modalities that are available to the oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this symposium, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss the role of advanced digital technology in head and neck reconstruction; and
  2. Describe the new technologies that are developing in the area of digital imaging.
