This session will have several teams and individuals present on clinical situations to compare and contrast how they treated the clinical problem at least 15 to 20 years ago, and then how they have treated the same situation today using newer technology. In some instances the procedures performed 2 decades ago are still useful and have indications, and in some instances newer technology, using the same principles followed from the past, produce a similar or better result with less morbidity for the patient.
