Symposium on Orthognathic Surgery: Class III Skeletal Deformities


Synopsis

The purpose of this symposium is to present an overview of patients who typically present with Class III skeletal deformities and provide a rationale for various orthodontic and surgical treatments.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this symposium, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify anatomic variations in patients presenting with Class III skeletal deformities;
  2. Describe various surgical treatments for specific Class II deformities; and
  3. Initiate sequential treatment and coordination with orthodontic colleagues.
