Surgical rejuvenation of the upper third of the face requires a comprehensive evaluation of both the skin of the forehead and the periorbital structures. Strict attention to upper lid function and anatomy is critical to a successful surgical treatment plan. Assessment of brow position relative to the supraorbital bony rim is necessary to correctly rejuvenate the forehead and eyelid structures. Assessment of skin health is necessary to obtain the best result. This symposium will review the comprehensive evaluation and surgical treatment of the aged upper third of the face. It will also include new advances in surgical techniques.
