This session will focus on the implant site in areas of critical tooth removal. The incidence of infection when placing an implant immediately into the extraction site will be discussed with evidence based data. Speakers will address the effect of the extraction site healing and how to influence the soft tissue environment with implant position, grafting solutions, and prosthetic solutions.
