Airline Information
United Airlines is the official carrier for the AAOMS 91st Annual Meeting, Scientific Sessions and Exhibition and offers special meeting discounts for attendees and guests. Simply call the Special Meeting Desk at 800/521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 552KR to receive a 2%-15% discount off applicable fares, including First Class. The Meeting Desk is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

Tickets purchased at least 30 days prior to travel will receive an additional 5% discount on most fares. This offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express and United code share flights (UA*) operated by Air Canada and Great Lakes.

Town cars (taxis) are readily available outside the baggage claim area. Expect a flat fare of $50.00 between the airport and AAOMS host hotels. Should you reserve a private car, costs begin at $80.00. Once you have cleared customs, baggage claim and the dispatcher, expect a wait time of up to 30 minutes.
Shuttle Van/Bus Service*
