From Good to Great: Elements of a World-Class OMS Practice#

OMS practices often reach a performance plateau and struggle with increasing practice performance. This fast-paced course will define the strategies that will allow the OMS practice to progress from good to great. The course will provide objective measurement for a great OMS practice and then provide the action steps to achieve this exceptional level of performance.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Increase practice performance by meeting 6 specific goals/steps: practice profitability of 50% or higher, fund a retirement/pension plan, use state-of-the-art technology and equipment, enjoy working with your team, referrals, and the doctor is satisfied with the mix of treatment; and
  2. Define common stumbling blocks that cause a practice to plateau and implement business systems such as referral programs to improve practice performance.
