Those three concerns are: what do we do, for whom do we do it, and how do we excel in it. The presentation will examine different problem solving techniques that integrate these three concerns to formulated desired results.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify managerial options in problem analysis and resolution;
  2. Employ quality improvement techniques to prevent problems; and
  3. Review and distinguish practice performance characteristics and distinguish regarding both the excellent and the marginally performing.
