  1. Identify what makes your practice valuable to you and your partners and how to realize those values in a buy-in;
  2. Descibe how to value your practice fairly and to structure fair financial relationships for buying in; and
  3. Define how buy-outs are commonly structured to make them fair to both the departing and the remaining members.
