Synopsis

This course is designed to instruct surgeons on treatment paradigms directed at restoring the edentulous, atrophic jaw using axial and tilted implants to support hybrid prosthetic rehabilitation.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. The surgeon should be able to easily place implants (both axial and tilted) into the maxilla and mandible and be able to fluently communicate and work in concert with the restoring practitioner in delivering quality fiixed/removable hybrid prostheses
  2. Describe risks and benefits and implementation of off-axial (tilted) implant placement and restoration in the context of Hybrid implant-retained prostheses
