Synopsis

The purpose of this symposium is to present an overview of technologic advances in imaging for treatment planning and introperative aids and guidance for orthognathic surgery.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this symposium, participants will be able to:

  1. Recognize the progression of imaging and computer technology and its role in orthognathic treatment.
  2. Describe various imaging and software capabilities that enhance treatment planning.
  3. Integrate computer and navigational aids into maxillofacial deformity surgical treatment.
