The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons sponsors three exhibitions annually.

• The AAOMS Annual Meeting, held in the Fall, attracts more than 3,200 members and more than 5,500 registrants.
• The Dental Implant Conference, held in early December, attracts more than 1,200 dental specialists and general dentists.
• A third exhibition, often sponsored jointly with another specialty, typically takes place in late winter or early spring.
