Exhibitor Function Space Request Form
- Deadline for event space request submission is May 1
- Requests will be processed in order of receipt; space is limited
- Space will be assigned at the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas, NV
- Space confirmations will be sent on or by May 15 via e-mail and will list the room name and hotel contact information
- Event space may include meeting room rental and a food and beverage minimum. All additional costs are your responsibility
- Space is subject to availability and the AAOMS approval process
- You will work directly with the hotel in planning your event.

Please note: This year the President's Event will occur on Thursday evening. Wednesday will be the main evening for Exhibitor hosted events.
