Therefore, if you require a visa to enter the USA, please check with your local United States Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible to acquire the necessary documentation and schedule an appointment for an interview. To request a Letter of Invitation from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons to help facilitate visa arrangements to the USA for the Dental Implant Conference or the AAOMS Annual Meeting, Scientific Sessions and Exhibition, please complete the form below. Travelers to the USA are encouraged to visit unitedstatesvisas.gov for information on US visa policy and procedures, as well as the location of the nearest US Consular Office.

If you are an oral and maxillofacial surgery resident wishing to attend the AAOMS Annual Meeting, you must also submit a letter in English from your residency's program chair.
