Allied Staff Member

Allied staff membership is available to administrative, clinical and practice management staff of current U.S. AAOMS fellows, members and candidates.

To apply for allied staff membership, complete the online application or fax or mail the allied staff application form. Allied staff members must pay a one-time application fee and, following election, annual membership dues. Upon receipt of the completed application and fee, allied staff members will be automatically admitted to membership. Allied staff members who leave the employment of their sponsoring member must provide updated employment information to AAOMS. AAOMS membership will be required to submit an application and sponsorship information in order to reinstate their membership. Allied staff members shall not have the right to vote or hold office.

Benefits of allied staff membership:

  • Discounted registration for AAOMS educational offerings, including the Annual Meeting, Dental Implant Conference as well as practice management and coding educational programs.
  • Access to AAOMS Today magazine, AAOMS Advantage newsletters, OMS Staff Communiqué newsletter and other email communications.

Application fee: $40 for applications received between Jan. 1 – Sept. 30; applications received Oct. 1 – Dec. 31 pay the annual fee amount and receive benefits through the following year.

Annual fee: $55 (initial application fee covers the calendar year following application).

Fees applicable for new applicants only; not eligible for reinstated membership. Contact the AAOMS membership department for information on reinstatement. Rates are effective for 2021 membership year.
