The Practice Based Research Network (PBRN) will afford practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeons the opportunity to participate in relevant clinical research projects in their own offices, provide valuable data to support the specialty in advocating for the procedures that we perform and improve outcomes for our patients. The major source of funding for the OMS Practice Based Research Network (PBRN) is the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Researchers participating in the PBRN conduct clinical research trials on all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery. The following clinical research studies are being conducted and recruiting surgeons and volunteers.
