Online registration for the In-person Dental Implant Conference is now closed.

Faxed or mailed registration forms must be received at AAOMS headquarters no later than Nov. 29. After this date, all registrations must be processed onsite.

The December Anesthesia Assistants courses are now sold out.


New! Simulcast feature option available

In celebration of the Dental Implant Conference’s 25th anniversary, AAOMS is offering a live simulcast of the general sessions on Dec. 1 and 2. Participants will be able to log in from their home, office or wherever they are and join the question-and-answer sessions and earn CDE/CME credit. The archived content will be accessible for 30 days.

Register online

To register online, click the Online Registration button above to proceed to the online registration center. To register yourself, click the “Register Now” button and proceed with the following steps. (To register others within your practice, click the “Register Someone Else” button and proceed with the following steps.) Note: you will be able to register multiple attendees from your practice without logging out and entering your credit card information multiple times.

  1. Enter the email address of the person who needs to be registered and click the Continue button.

    AAOMS members (including allied staff members) and others with an email on file with AAOMS:
    You will be prompted to log in with your username (your email address on file with AAOMS) and password. If you do not recall your password, select “I forgot my password” and password reset instructions will be emailed to you. (Note: if you do not recall the email address you have on file with AAOMS or the system does not recognize your email address, stop and contact AAOMS headquarters at 800-822-6637 for assistance before proceeding. If you are prompted to enter your contact information, you will not be connected to your existing profile and membership history.)

    New registrants:
    You will be prompted to enter a name, address, phone number and a password so an account can be created to register for the conference.
  2. For the in-person conference registration only, you will be taken through a series of screens to choose sessions and add badge information for you and your guests.
  3. After you complete your registration, you will be able to register other attendees by clicking the “Register Someone Else” button. Note: you will need a separate and unique email address for each person you register for the conference. General emails, such as office@yourpractice.com, should not be used.
    Important: multiple viewers can watch the simulcast from your location. However, only the purchaser will be a recognized attendee and be able to earn CDE/CME credit.
  4. Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express at the time of registration. You will receive an on-screen notification when your payment and registration have been accepted. You also will receive a payment confirmation via email. Please retain a copy of the confirmation for your records.

If you need to change your registration after you receive the confirmation, please fax a copy of the confirmation with a note of the changes and your payment information to the AAOMS registration department at 847-678-6279.

Special note for live simulcast registrants: You will receive simulcast information and details immediately after registration. The simulcast site will not open until the day before the conference, at which time you will receive specific login details. Simulcast registration will remain open until Nov. 29. Questions about the simulcast should be sent to AAOMS Continuing Education Department.

Special note for AAOMS allied staff members: If you have applied for AAOMS allied staff membership but have yet to receive confirmation of your membership, you will not be able to receive the reduced allied staff membership registration rate. Please wait until your membership is confirmed before registering online for the Dental Implant Conference. If you have not completed an application and would like to become an allied staff member, please visit AAOMS.org/AlliedStaff and complete the application process. Note: Retroactive refunds will not be issued for applications received after the online Dental Implant Conference registration process has been completed. 

Registering by mail or fax

To register by mail or fax, download and complete a registration form PDF using the links above. The advance registration deadline is Oct. 31. Registration fees for the in-person conference vary based on the date your registration form is received at AAOMS headquarters. Fees are indicated on the registration form and summarized in the fees table below. Professional OMS staff must include the practice name on their forms. Registration forms must be received no later than Nov. 29.

Mail or fax the completed registration form with appropriate payment to AAOMS.

Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you within a few days following receipt of your registration form and fees.

Onsite registration center

Conference attendees who have not registered in advance must register at the AAOMS “Onsite Registration” counter on the Ballroom Level, Chicago East Promenade of the Sheraton Grand Chicago.

Cancellation of registration and refund policy

A processing fee of $75 per registrant will be charged for cancellations of the in-person conference received by Oct. 31. Cancellations received after Oct. 31 are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for the live simulcast. No refunds will be provided to “no shows.” No refunds will be provided on-site.
