Register

Registration for the in-person and online Dental Implant Conference is now open.

New this year, registrants of both the in-person and online-only program will have access to all general sessions, three on-demand sessions and the preconference program (additional tickets required) as archived recordings for 60 days.

All attendees are encouraged to register online using the buttons below. Those who prefer to mail or fax their registration may download and complete a PDF form.

Online-only access

AAOMS is offering a livestream of the general sessions Dec. 3 and Dec. 4 as well as access to archived sessions recordings for 60 days. This is a convenient alternative for those who are unable to travel to Chicago. Participants will be able to log in from their home, office or wherever they are to join the sessions and earn CDE/CME credit. The archived content will be accessible for 60 days. The preconference program Thursday, Dec. 2, also will be offered to the online audience for an additional fee.
