The 2018 AAOMS Annual Meeting offers an exhibit hall filled with specialty-related products and services from 200-plus exhibitors as well as Corporate Forums and Product Theaters that highlight the latest technologies and innovations for your practice. The exhibit hall also provides AAOMS members and their staff the opportunity to participate in special activities and take advantage of a number of complimentary services.

Corporate Forums

Corporate Forums provide attendees the opportunity to learn and discuss how the latest technologies and services can benefit their oral and maxillofacial surgery practices. Corporate Forum presentations are open to all Annual Meeting registrants. There is no additional fee to attend, but space is limited. To reserve your seat, please indicate your intention to attend when registering online or on your meeting registration form.

Product Theaters

Product Theaters provide the opportunity for oral and maxillofacial surgeons and their staff to learn and discuss the features, value and benefits of exhibitor products. They are scheduled specifically not to conflict with continuing education sessions. There is no additional fee to attend, but space is limited. To reserve your seat, please indicate your intention to attend when registering online or on your meeting registration form.

AAOMS Learning Hub

This year’s Learning Hub in the Exhibit Hall will feature Meet the Experts and FRED Talks. There is no additional fee to attend these sessions.

Each day, an OMS legend will be available to speak with attendees one-on-one and answer questions.

FRED Talks
Focused, Relevant, Exhibitor-driven (FRED) Talks are TED-style presentations hosted by AAOMS exhibitors.

Service Project

AAOMS is offering Annual Meeting attendees the chance to participate in a service project to assemble hygiene kits for donation to a Chicago-area program that serves under-resourced communities. In less than five minutes, you can assemble a kit and write a note of encouragement to its recipient.

Social Media Bar

Become social media savvy at the Social Media Bar located in the exhibit hall. Offering one-on-one personalized consulting sessions and brief learning labs, the experts at the Social Media Bar will teach you how to take full advantage of social networking sites – including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and more. Attendees will learn how to use the materials available through the AAOMS Informational Campaign to promote the specialty and their practices. AAOMS History Museum

To celebrate AAOMS’s 100th Anniversary, the Exhibit Hall will unveil a commemorative history museum that will feature artifacts and displays related to oral and maxillofacial surgery.
