E-posters will be available online starting Oct. 8

Where can I view the posters at the 2017 AAOMS Annual Meeting?

Printed poster boards will be on display from Oct. 12 to 14 in the Exhibit Hall at the Moscone Convention Center South. For your convenience during the meeting, you may scan the QR code attached to each poster board to save and view the e-poster on your mobile device.

Can I view the e-posters offsite?

Yes. You will be able to view the e-posters offsite during the meeting at AAOMS.apprisor.org, and after the meeting at AAOMS.scientificposters.com.

How can I speak to authors of the posters?

Stop by the Poster Author Session from 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 13 in the Exhibit Hall at the Moscone Convention Center South. During this time, poster authors will be available to discuss their work with attendees and judges.

Starting Oct. 8, you may also contact the authors directly through the online “Ask the Author” system on the e-poster website. This feature will allow you to send your questions and comments via electronic messages.

When will the poster judging results be available?

Poster judging results will be publicized the morning of Oct. 14.

How do I submit a poster for next year’s Annual Meeting?

AAOMS will begin accepting poster submissions for the 2018 AAOMS Annual Meeting in December. Check AAOMS.org/Speakers for more information and updates.
