- Requests will be processed in order of receipt; space is limited.
- Space will be assigned at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio
- Space confirmations will be sent in early June via email and will list the room name and hotel contact information.
- Event space may include meeting room rental and a food and beverage minimum. All additional costs are your responsibility.
- Space is subject to availability and the AAOMS approval process.
- You will work directly with the hotel in planning your event.
- Exhibitor event space will not be listed in the Final Program.

Please note: This year the President's Event will occur on Friday evening. Thursday will be the main evening for Exhibitor-hosted events.
Days and start times for Attendee Invited event space:
Monday: 4:30 p.m. – midnight
Tuesday: 6:30 p.m. – midnight
Wednesday: 9 p.m. – midnight
Thursday: 6 p.m. – midnight
Friday: No Space Available
Saturday: 5 p.m. – midnight
Days and start times for Exhibitor Staff Only (meetings, offices, etc.) event space:
If you would like space to use as an office, to hold team meetings, etc., we have created Meeting Suites on the show floor that are more cost-effective and have created additional packages in order to have a "move-in ready" space.
