- Requests will be processed in order of receipt; space is limited.
- Space will be assigned at the Omni Nashville Hotel
- Space confirmations will be emailed in mid-July and will list the room and hotel contact information.
- Event space may include meeting room rental and a food and beverage minimum. All additional costs are your responsibility.
- Space is subject to availability and the AAOMS approval process.
- You will work directly with the hotel in planning your event.
- Exhibitor event space will not be listed in the AAOMS Annual Meeting Final Program.

Please note: This year the President's Event will occur on Friday evening. Thursday will be the main evening for exhibitor-hosted events.
Days and start times for attendee invited event space:
Monday: 3:30 p.m. – midnight
Tuesday: 6:30 p.m. – midnight
Wednesday: 9 p.m. – midnight
Thursday: 6:45 p.m. – midnight
Friday: No space available
Saturday: 1:30 p.m. – midnight
